Sincerity

Bismillah.
Assalamualaikum.

A question.

How much do we really sincere in doing something?
I mean like really sincere?

Aahh..
I do not have the answer for my own.

After having outdoor family dinner and chit-chat, talking about how my dad really love his job. I said, he is over loving his job. my dad said 'sincerity cannot be forced nor can it be made. It comes from the heart. Don't think about the reward because it won't come then and there.'

And my mom said 'like having successful children.'

Then i make 'the face'. You know, the 'ya ke?' face.

My dad said 'its true. Because sincerity comes with sacrifice.'

Yeah its real that my dad is not like other dad. He is special and one of a kind. He is super devoted to his job. I can say that his personality changes through times, a good changes though.
